Increasing demand for AI-related competencies and expected results – The sadjAR Project case example

We can read in the comprehensive mix of daily information that AI is entering our lives more and more thoroughly every day and increasing.

This is especially important, though, in the awareness and competencies development for coming generations that are in the process of primary and secondary education, as well as VET, in these years.

Let’s check one example of a near completion project and consider the AI-related knowledge requested, especially in the future.

A research team at the Rudolfovo Institute has developed an exciting solution to support farmers on the specifics of fruit production with the help of technologies. With the help of their glasses, they can obtain real-time advice from an expert to perform an optimal cut procedure for fruit trees.

In this phase, the solution consists of two core components: Smart glasse sVuzic M4000, a light gear and a mobile application.

While testing, this sadjAR solution proved its function and promised new technology-based support for fruit producers.

In the next steps in plan is also AI enrichment of sadjAR and here the above mentioned need for adequate knowledge and skills, also in AI technology and solutison will have gained its importance.

Can you imagine that young future fruit producers will gain their competencies already in the school and from there a technology transfer to their farm/job is just one step away.
