The Day with Entrepreneurs was held at the Technical School Čakovec, once again confirming the strong connection between the school and the labour market. Through direct conversations with employers, students gained valuable insights into internships, employment opportunities and career development, as well as into future technological trends and professions.
As part of the programme, a thematic working meeting entitled “Modular Education and Work-Based Learning (UTR)” was held. The school principal presented the changes introduced by modular education, in which practical training transitions into work-based learning, to be carried out in specialised classrooms, the Regional Centre of Competence and with licensed employers.
Special emphasis was placed on the impact of artificial intelligence in education – its advantages, possible applications and the challenges it brings. The AI4VET4AI project was also presented, aiming to integrate artificial intelligence into teaching through camps and school-based activities, encouraging innovative and practical learning.
