How is education changing at a time when AI can already write essays, solve assignments, and shape the way students learn?
We invite you to join our webinar on Thursday, 28th May 2026 from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. CET and take part in a discussion on one of the most pressing challenges in modern education.
Register to participate via this link.
This online session, held in English, will bring together project partners’ representatives from academia, and students: Stefan Mol – Assistant Professor in Organizational Behavior and Research Methods at the Amsterdam Business School of the University of Amsterdam and co-founder and chair of the Scilink foundation, Dr Scott Harrison – Quantitative Researcher and Postdoctoral Researcher at the German National Library of Science and Technology (TIB) and GenZ representative Teodora Rodić – Digital, Startups and Innovation Senior Consultant at PwC Southeast Europe. They will share different perspectives on the role of AI in teaching, as well as the changes this technology is already bringing to education systems.
What will we discuss?
- Current uses of AI in teaching and learning
- Academic integrity and assessment challenges
- Different institutional approaches to AI adoption
- Good practices and future opportunities for AI in education
Participants will gain insights into how different institutions are approaching the integration of AI in education, what best practices are emerging, and what the main challenges are – from ethical dilemmas to issues of academic integrity. Special attention will be given to understanding the student (GenZ) perspective and finding the right balance between innovation and maintaining the quality of education.
Webinar, technically organised by AFA, is the sixth in a series of eight online sessions within the AI4VET4AI project, co-funded by the European Union through the Erasmus+ programme. The project is coordinated by Algebra University in Croatia and brings together 26 partners from 11 European countries.
